Dragon's Way Qigong® was designed by Grand Master Nan Lu, especially for people who need to reduce stress and excess weight. Over the course of 6 Weeks I have the honor of teaching you 10 gentle Qigong movements, how food's energy or essence directly impacts the four organs of the body involved in stress and excess weight, and how to incorporate this into your life.
